3 cups cooked chicken, shredded or chopped
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
¼ tsp black pepper
1 ½ sleeves Ritz crackers (about 45 crackers), crushed
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional for garnish)
Optional Add-Ins:
1 cup frozen peas and carrots
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp dried thyme or Italian seasoning
Splash of milk if you want it extra creamy
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease a 9×13-inch casserole dish with nonstick spray or butter.
Step 2: Make the Filling
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
Mix until everything is well combined and creamy.

Step 3: Transfer to Baking Dish
