Ingredients
For the Pineapple Slush:
2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
½ cup cold pineapple juice or coconut water
Juice of ½ lime (optional, for brightness)
For the Strawberry Slush:
2 cups frozen strawberries
½ cup cold water or orange juice
1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional, depending on sweetness)
Optional Toppings:
Fresh mint leaves
Strawberry or pineapple slices
Chia seeds or shredded coconut
Instructions
Step 1: Blend the Pineapple Layer
Add frozen pineapple, juice, and lime juice (if using) to the blender.
Blend until smooth and slushy.
Pour into a glass or bowl and set aside in the freezer while you make the second layer.
Step 2: Blend the Strawberry Layer
Rinse the blender, then add strawberries, water or juice, and honey/maple syrup if needed.
Blend until smooth and slushy.
Keep the texture thick so the layers don’t melt too fast.
Step 3: Layer and Swirl
In serving glasses, alternate spoonfuls of pineapple and strawberry slush.
