Shredded cheddar cheese
-
Milk

Sprinkle with chopped parsley for a fresh finish (optional).
Serve warm with a simple side salad, steamed veggies, or as-is for a complete meal.
Notes
Use Pre-Cooked Chicken – Save time with rotisserie or leftover chicken.
Thaw Hashbrowns Completely – This helps with even cooking and texture.
Make It Extra Creamy – Add a bit more sour cream or a splash of milk if you like a saucier casserole.
Crispy Topping Tip – Bake uncovered for the last 15–20 minutes to get that perfect crunch.
Customize It – Add cooked broccoli, mushrooms, or diced bell peppers for extra veggies.
