- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat the Oven
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Step 2: Prepare the Chicken and Potatoes
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Toss the chicken breasts and cubed potatoes in the olive oil mixture, ensuring everything is well-coated.
- Spread the chicken and potatoes evenly on a baking sheet.
Step 3: Bake
- Bake the chicken and potatoes in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked (internal temperature of 165°F/75°C) and the potatoes are tender and golden.
