1 bag (about 8 oz) gummy bears – any flavor or variety
Optional: sour gummy bears, gummy worms, or sugar-free gummies


Instructions

Step 1: Line a Tray
Line a baking sheet or plate with parchment paper. This prevents the gummies from sticking to the surface while freezing.

Step 2: Arrange the Gummy Bears
Spread the gummy bears in a single layer on the tray.
Make sure they aren’t clumped together so they freeze evenly.

Step 3: Freeze the Gummy Bears
Place the tray in the freezer and freeze for at least 2–3 hours, or until the gummy bears are firm to the touch.
You can freeze them overnight for maximum chill.

Step 4: Transfer & Store
Once fully frozen, transfer the gummy bears to a freezer-safe zip-top bag or airtight container.
Store in the freezer for up to 1 month—if they last that long!

Step 5: Enjoy!
Pop them straight from the freezer for a chewy, icy treat.
