Ingredients
For the Chicken Alfredo Filling:

1 large egg

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

For the Alfredo Sauce:

4 tbsp unsalted butter

2 cups heavy cream

1½ cups freshly grated Parmesan cheese

1 tsp garlic powder

For Assembling the Lasagna:

9 lasagna noodles (cooked and drained, or use oven-ready)

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (for topping)

½ cup Parmesan cheese (for topping)

Instructions
Step 1: Make the Alfredo Sauce
In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
Stir in heavy cream and garlic powder. Simmer for 2–3 minutes, stirring frequently.
Add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat and set aside.
Step 2: Prepare the Chicken Filling
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Stir in shredded chicken and Italian seasoning. Season with salt and pepper.
In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, egg, 1 cup mozzarella, ½ cup Parmesan, and parsley.
Add the chicken mixture to the cheese blend and stir until combined.
Step 3: Assemble the Lasagna
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom.
Layer 3 lasagna noodles over the sauce.
Spread ⅓ of the chicken cheese mixture on the noodles.
Drizzle with a bit of Alfredo sauce.
Repeat layers two more times: noodles, chicken filling, Alfredo sauce.
Top with the final layer of noodles, remaining Alfredo sauce, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese.
Step 4: Bake the Lasagna
Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
Remove foil and bake for an additional 10–15 minutes, until the top is golden and bubbly.
Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Step 5: Garnish & Serve
Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
Serve hot with garlic bread or a side salad.
