- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup ranch or garlic aioli (optional, for extra flavor)
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
Step 1: Cook the Chicken
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add diced chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Cook for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is fully cooked. Remove from heat.
Step 2: Make the Garlic Butter
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds, until fragrant.
- Add the cooked chicken back into the pan and toss to coat.
Step 3: Assemble the Wraps
- Lay out a flour tortilla and spread ranch or garlic aioli (if using).
- Sprinkle mozzarella, cheddar, and parmesan cheese evenly over the tortilla.
- Add a generous amount of the garlic butter chicken.
- Fold the sides in and roll the wrap tightly.
Step 4: Toast the Wraps
- Heat a clean skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with cooking spray or butter.
- Place the wraps seam-side down and cook for 2–3 minutes per side, until golden brown and crispy.
