Instructions
Step 1: Prep the Oven & Pan

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease with oil.
Step 2: Mix the Wet Ingredients

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, applesauce, maple syrup, milk, and vanilla extract.
