1½ tbsp olive oil or avocado oil

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp onion powder

¼ tsp salt (or to taste)

Instructions
Step 1: Prep the Broccoli
Wash and thoroughly dry the broccoli.
Cut into evenly sized florets to ensure even cooking.
Drying is important—excess moisture can prevent crisping.
Step 2: Season the Broccoli
In a large bowl, toss the broccoli florets with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Make sure each piece is evenly coated.
Step 3: Preheat the Air Fryer
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3–5 minutes.
This helps the broccoli start crisping as soon as it hits the basket.
Step 4: Air Fry the Broccoli
Place the broccoli in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Don’t overcrowd—cook in batches if needed.
Air fry for 8–10 minutes, shaking halfway through, until edges are browned and crispy and stems are tender.
