- 4 medium russet potatoes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
Instructions
Step 1: Prep the Potatoes
- Scrub the potatoes clean and pat them dry.
- Pierce each potato a few times with a fork to allow steam to escape.
Step 2: Season the Potatoes
- Rub each potato with olive oil and season evenly with salt, pepper, and garlic powder (if using).
Step 3: Air Fry the Potatoes
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
- Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer, leaving space between them.
- Cook for 35-45 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- The potatoes are done when they can be pierced easily with a fork.
